Robert K. Brooks is a serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience across life sciences, capital raising, and corporate law. He has founded multiple clinical-stage biotechnology companies — Medvax, Aurora Biopharma, Alphageneron Pharmaceuticals, Radiance Biopharma, and Exocellular Diagnostics — advancing experimental therapies and diagnostics against cancer, from vaccines to immunotherapy and antibodies.
A former practicing corporate securities attorney, he holds a B.S. in Biology, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Today he leads Investment Business INTL, helping entrepreneurs and investors buy, sell, and franchise businesses worldwide.
